In Monte Amiata, part of the path undertaken with Tresigallo, I engage with Aldo Rossi’s architecture as a mental and typological form.

Through a process of subtraction, I isolate the buildings from their context, using the painted sea as an act of removal to open the image to a suspended, timeless dimension—toward a new construction of the gaze.
